Who is Anthe?
Originating from Bilzen in Limburg, Anthe Huybrechts – or simply Anthe – developed a deep love for the acoustic piano. Her playing and songwriting are shaped by her early classical music training. New influences, more experience, and self-discovery fuel her musical world, leading to an intense, intriguing sound of her own, with enchanting melodies and personal lyrics where influences like Agnes Obel, Kate Bush, AURORA, and even Björk can be traced.
With her ethereal voice, unrestrained piano playing, and a unique collection of samples and prepared piano sounds, Anthe immerses you in a hopeful dream.
